• Answer price quotes, purchase orders, returns, and web cancellations.
• Handle inbound prospect calls.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Maintain rapport with customers to ensure quality service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations on deliveries.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps on sales approaches.
• Partner with Accounting to set up new accounts promptly.
• Maintain accurate files and documents.
