Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and by phone in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information regarding product availability, pricing, and use.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with the goal of driving repeat business.
• Assist in selling merchandise and support team members in achieving sales goals.
• Accurately process customer purchases using the point-of-sale system.
• Cut materials to customer specifications.
• Assist customers in loading purchased materials into their vehicles.
• Move merchandise from receiving to sales floor and ensure correct placement.
• Tag products with pricing labels.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and protect merchandise from weather exposure.
• Perform regular inventory counts and update records.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely per company procedures.
