ESFM is seeking a Safety Manufacturing Manager for onsite work in Florence, KY. The role focuses on reducing claims and lost time injuries by delivering safety and workers' compensation support across local units.

You will lead training, site visits, policy implementation, and compliance with client requirements, using routine meetings and on-site inspections to achieve safety objectives. Relocation and potential bonus are offered.

Formación

• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluate cost and risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Travel up to 40% to sites as required.
• Ensure OSHA and other standards compliance through inspections.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and control programs.
• Provide safety training to managers and staff.
• Prepare monthly status reports for local management.
• Monitor workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Support return-to-work processes for injured employees.
• Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and incident reporting.
