Job summary

frēijē Engineered Solutions Company in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a seasoned Safety Manager to administer and advance our safety program across field and office operations. You will conduct inspections, investigations, and trainings; coordinate records, compliance reporting, and safety metrics with HR, project leaders, and fleet management.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Safety/Occupational Health/Engineering, OSHA 30-hour certification, 5+ years in safety roles; ISNetworld/Avetta experience

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour certification is required; OSHA 500/510 is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years in construction, industrial, or field-based safety roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 standards.
• Experience with incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the safety program across field and office operations.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and observations to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Partner with field leaders and project managers to promote safe work practices.
• Investigate injuries and incidents; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, orientation, toolbox talks, and regulatory training.
• Maintain safety records, certifications, and compliance reporting.
• Monitor OSHA regulations, customer safety requirements, and company policies.
• Lead vehicle and driver safety programs with fleet management.
