Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Safety Manager in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). The role leads safety initiatives across construction operations and reports to the Corporate Safety Director.

Candidate must have at least five years of construction safety experience and OSHA 500 or 510 certification. Base salary is $100,000–$120,000 per year with a 30% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Immediate need for a talented Safety Manager (Construction Industry). This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

Pay Range: $100000 - $120000/annum Base + 30% Bonus. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The Safety Manager provides safety leadership, guidance, and operational support to minimize employee injuries, property damage, and third‑party liabilities.
• The position reports to the Corporate Safety Director and is responsible for evaluating, developing, planning, directing, training, and implementing safety initiatives across operations.
• Lead and implement safety initiatives focused on continuous improvement of safety processes and supporting the organization’s vision of achieving a Zero Incident Culture.
• This position requires a strong, energetic leader who proactively identifies opportunities and develops effective safety solutions.
• Evaluate business processes, work tasks, historical incident rates, root cause analyses, and critical needs of Profit Centers/Departments to design and manage incident reduction projects.
• Develop these projects with the Safety Director and execute them in partnership with the Senior Vice President of the Carolinas Division, Carolinas Field Operations Team, and Corporate Safety Director.
• Manage and monitor safety projects by tracking action items and outcomes and providing regular reports to the Safety Director and Carolinas leadership.
• This position does not typically have supervisory responsibility but may supervise a technical assistant or related position as directed by the VP of Safety.
• Develop strong relationships with Profit Center/Department leaders and organizational safety leaders through regular face‑to‑face meetings and communication of safety progress.
• Coordinate and help administer new‑hire safety orientation programs relevant to specific jobs.
• Plan and facilitate the implementation of safety policies and procedures in compliance with applicable local, state, and OSHA rules and regulations.
• Notify the Director of Safety and Profit Center/Department leadership of situations that present immediate danger to employee life or health, including recurring life‑threatening behaviors or conditions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Must have at least five years of experience as safety manager in Construction Industry.
• Must have certification in Osha 500 or 510.
• The Safety Manager provides safety leadership, guidance, and operational support to minimize employee injuries, property damage, and third‑party liabilities.
