Jobot is seeking a Permanent Safety Manager in Wisconsin to lead site safety programs for a top General Contractor with a 100-year reputation. You will oversee incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and run safety training across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in safety roles within construction.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
4. Proven experience in site safety management, incident investigation, and quality management.
5. Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
6. Proficient in using safety inspection tools and equipment.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
