Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state and local safety regulations.2. Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.3. Designs safety training for all levels of employees and contractors.4. Develops and implements accident investigation, data analysis, and recurrence prevention programs and procedures.5. Conducts on-site reviews and audits of operations and facilities.6. Monitors all current information on regulations and requirements related to hazardous materials and agents.7.
