Job summary

Rand Whitney is seeking a Health and Safety Leader to coordinate and implement safety programs across our manufacturing operations. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, develop policies, and design training for all employees and contractors.

Responsibilities include accident investigation, data analysis, site audits, emergency response support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Safety management and training experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical skills.
• Troubleshooting processing skills.
• Able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
