Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing South Florida organization to hire a Safety Manager responsible for safety, training, compliance, and loss prevention across a large field-based workforce. This newly created, high-visibility role suits a bilingual safety professional who thrives in the field, coaching teams, and building scalable programs.

You will own safety and loss-prevention programs, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and develop training to raise the safety

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of safety experience.
• Experience supporting a field-based workforce.
• Strong safety training, inspection, accident-investigation skills.
• OSHA or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety and loss-prevention programs across the organization.
• Conduct field, equipment, and workplace safety inspections.
• Monitor PPE, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for field teams.
• Coach and mentor field employees on safe work practices.
• Maintain OSHA reporting, accident logs, and safety documentation.
• Support claims management, insurance coordination, and risk analysis.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing South Florida organization to hire a Safety Manager responsible for safety, training, compliance, and loss prevention across a large field-based workforce.

This is a newly created, high-visibility role for a bilingual safety professional who enjoys being in the field, coaching teams, improving safety practices, and building scalable programs.

What You’ll Own

• Drive company-wide safety and loss-prevention programs
• Conduct field, equipment, and workplace safety inspections
• Monitor PPE, equipment, and safety compliance
• Investigate accidents and recommend corrective/preventive actions
• Develop and deliver safety training programs
• Coach and mentor field employees on safe work practices
• Maintain OSHA reporting, accident logs, and safety documentation
• Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Support claims management, insurance coordination, and risk analysis
• Identify risks and implement practical loss-prevention solutions
• 3–5 years of safety experience
• Experience supporting a field-based workforce
• Strong safety training, inspection, accident-investigation, and corrective-action experience
• Commercial landscaping, landscape architecture, construction, field services, or similar operational experience preferred
• OSHA or similar safety certifications are a plus
• Strong communication and ability to effectively coach field teams
