Job Description
We are looking for a Safety Manager to lead and support our company-wide safety program. This position plays a key role in creating a proactive, safety-focused culture by working with employees and leaders at all levels to identify hazards, provide training, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being actively involved in both the office and field environments.
This position works in both office and field/jobsite environments and requires regular travel between company locations and jobsites. Must be able to make regular site safety visits on all shifts, and occasionally travel to out-of-town jobsites. Must be comfortable working around industrial equipment, vehicles, tools, and varying jobsite conditions and must be able to follow all applicable PPE and safety requirements.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the safety and well‑being of our employees while working with teams across the organization. If you are passionate about safety, enjoy working with people, and are ready to take a leadership role in building a strong safety culture, we’d love to hear from you!
