Job summary

Fidelity Building Services Group is seeking a Safety Manager to support safety programs across our Fort Myers, FL operations. You will champion a strong safety culture, lead trainings, and ensure safe work practices on all sites.

As a partner to field teams, you will conduct inspections, investigations, and regulatory compliance efforts while supporting growth and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee safety activities for the Fort Myers, FL location and nearby sites.
• Conduct safety training for new hires and existing team members.
• Perform site inspections to ensure safe work practices and proper PPE use.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and complete required reports.
• Assist with planning and monitoring high-risk tasks such as crane lifts.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Partner with operations and field leadership to strengthen safe work habits.
• Participate in safety meetings and support companywide safety initiatives.
