Safety Manager - Commercial Construction

The Safety Manager will report to senior operations leadership and partner closely with project teams to support safe and successful project delivery.

Lead and enforce company safety programs across multiple active construction projects

Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety assessments to identify and mitigate risk

Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, company policies, and client requirements

Deliver safety training, onboarding, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety education

Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries while developing corrective action plans

Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain safe work environments

Track safety metrics and continuously improve safety performance across projects

For the Safety Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

5+ years of construction safety experience within commercial construction

Experience supporting ground-up construction projects

Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and industry best practices

Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations

Ability to build relationships with both field and office personnel

Experience delivering safety training and developing safety programs

Familiarity with construction management software and reporting systems

OSHA 30 certification required

OSHA 500, CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician), CSP (Certified Safety Professional), or other safety certifications preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
