Job summary

QualSafe Solutions is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support a major data center project in Cheyenne, WY. The role focuses on-site safety leadership for utility and construction activities with a strong emphasis on high visibility and compliance.

Starting at 40 hours per week and increasing to 50+ hours as the project progresses, you will coordinate required safety training, monitor high-risk work, and foster a culture of safe performance across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety programs on utility and civil construction sites.
• First Aid/CPR with Bloodborne Pathogen training.
• Proof of Heat Stress Management training.
• Data center project safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program for a major data center construction project.
• Identify and mitigate high-risk activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and client safety requirements.
• Collaborate with site leadership to improve safety metrics.

• Underground Utilities
• First Aid/CPR with Bloodborne Pathogen Training Card
• Proof of Heat Stress Management Training
• Utility / Civil Construction Safety Experience Preferred
• Strong Construction Field Presence
• Ability to Manage High-Risk Work Activities
