System One is seeking a Construction Safety Professional to lead safety on a Cheyenne data center project. You will ensure OSHA compliance, run toolbox talks, perform JHAs, and coordinate with management and subcontractors across the site.

Requirements include 3–5 years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30‑Hour Construction certification, and strong communication and leadership. Competitive hourly pay of $40–$50, weekly payroll, and potential for long‑term project assignments are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Previous data center, industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial construction project experience preferred.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction certification is required.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and construction safety best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk active construction sites daily.

• Participate in owner and contractor safety meetings.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional to join our team on a large-scale data center construction project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will be a proactive safety leader with experience in commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical construction environments.
