Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Safety/Lean/Environmental professional to implement and support safety, lean, and environmental initiatives across the plant. You will train staff, lead safety programs, and drive continuous improvement to improve productivity, safety, and quality.

The role requires knowledge of OSHA standards, lean tools, and environmental regulations, with the ability to mentor colleagues and coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Industrial safety or technical discipline preferred.
• Experience delivering OSHA compliant safety programs in manufacturing.
• Lean and environmental management knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Program to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Inspect facility for safety, health and environmental risks.
• Provide EH&S training for new hires.
• Develop and maintain safety and lean documentation.
• Drive process improvement using lean methods and statistics.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance and Engineering.
