OPW is seeking a Team Leader (on-site) to supervise daily production and warehouse activities, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coach staff, manage workflow, and maintain accurate records to support continuous improvement.

The role requires an associate's degree with 5+ years supervisory experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience with ERP/Oracle and knowledge of 5S and KPI-driven results are highly valued.

Formación

• Associate’s degree with five or more years proven success in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree with three+ years in supervisory/management in manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience in rail industry or regulated manufacturing is highly desired.
• CNC machining and programming experience is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of safety standards, quality expectations, and inventory practices.
• Proficiency with production/inventory systems, ERP, and Oracle preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production and warehouse/distribution activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
• Assign work, prioritize activities, and adjust staffing/workflow to meet schedules and customer needs.
• Monitor performance, remove barriers, and expedite issues promptly.
• Coach and develop employees with accountability and clear expectations.
• Provide input for workforce planning, scheduling, and annual business plans.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and documentation.
