Job summary

The Boldt Company – Western Operations in San Francisco is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across healthcare projects, from planning through execution. You will own project-wide safety efforts, including audits, inspections, and reporting, while proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies to elevate safety performance.

This role focuses on creating a Safe Thinking culture, partnering with field leadership, trade partners, and clients to ensure every worker goes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in OH&S or related field required or equivalent experience.
• At least five years’ experience in construction and/or industrial safety.
• First aid/CPR certification preferred.
• CHST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives from planning through execution on SF healthcare projects.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and safety reporting to drive compliance.
• Identify risks and implement strategies to elevate safety performance across sites.
• Partner with field leadership, trade partners, and clients to embed a safety culture.
