The Boldt Company is seeking a Safety Specialist to support construction projects across various locations. The role focuses on meeting all reporting obligations and driving safe work practices to protect personnel on site.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety and at least one year of construction safety experience, with first aid/CPR certification preferred. Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field required or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of construction or industrial safety experience.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred; ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all internal and external reporting obligations are met, including monthly site safety metrics.
• Plan, lead, evaluate and continuously improve safe construction methods on project sites.
• Foster a collaborative project culture and maintain focus on safety first to keep everyone safe.
