Job summary

The Boldt Company, a leader in complex healthcare construction, is seeking a Superintendent in San Francisco to lead field operations from preconstruction through completion. You will develop schedules, manage site logistics, and drive execution with project teams on Northern California healthcare facilities.

You will directly supervise crews, coordinate trade partners, and ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance while applying Boldt Production System principles for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management or engineering; may consider equivalent
• Seven years industry experience and four years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures
• Valid driver's license and MVR checks may be required

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from preconstruction through completion for healthcare projects
• Develop schedules, manage site logistics, and drive execution on complex environments
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to meet project requirements, safety, and client expectations
• Uphold Boldt Production System to improve efficiency and outcomes
