Job summary

The Boldt Company – Western Operations is seeking a Senior Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives across complex construction projects. You will work with project leadership, craft professionals, and trade partners to proactively identify risks and implement practical solutions that keep everyone safe.

You will mentor teams, support high risk work planning, and push continuous safety improvements through metrics and field management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety required.
• At least two years’ experience in construction and/or industrial safety.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
• CHST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives across complex construction projects.
• Conduct training, mentor project teams, and support high risk work planning.
• Drive continuous safety improvement through metrics and field management.
