Job summary

The Boldt Company in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead field coordination on healthcare construction projects, including occupied hospital renovations and imaging equipment replacements. You will support the Superintendent, coordinate subcontractors, track schedules, and uphold quality and safety standards in sensitive environments.

Candidates should have a four-year degree in construction management or related field, 5+ years in construction with two years

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor's degree in Construction Management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years industry experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Ability to read construction plans and layout projects from scaled plans.
• Valid driver's license required with annual Motor Vehicles Records check.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day field execution of healthcare construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, monitor quality and safety.
• Assist with construction sequencing and healthcare facility requirements.
• Communicate with trade partners to drive project progress in occupied facilities.
