This leadership role oversees the delivery of complex construction projects across healthcare, higher education, commercial, and advanced manufacturing sectors, driving safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction from preconstruction through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of AEC or professional services business development experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, drive strategy, and influence stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with change leadership in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for complex projects.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Collaborate with owners, design partners, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive operational excellence.
