Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the company''s safety philosophy, compliance strategy, and behavior-based safety culture (Operation Zero). This role focuses on proactive planning, training, and continuous improvement to safeguard employees and maintain strong industry relationships.

Responsibilities include advising during preconstruction, supervising third-party safety partners, and promoting emerging safety technologies and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing safety efforts in midsized or large design-build/EPC projects.
• Certifications CSP/ASP/CST, OSHA 500, IH or related safety certifications highly desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, or related software.
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety regulations; risk management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety philosophy, compliance strategy, and behavior-based safety culture across Keen's operations.
• Oversee third-party safety partners and drive safety training and incident management.
• Serve as strategic advisor during preconstruction and champion safety innovation and best practices.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company-wide safety policy alignment and reporting.
