Safety Plus Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to drive long-term client success by leading safety initiatives and guiding client risk reduction.

You will serve as a strategic advisor, aligning client operations with Safety Plus’s guidelines to enhance safety cultures across multiple sites. The role requires on-site presence with regular travel to client sites, strong leadership, and the ability to translate data into practical safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations applied across diverse client settings.
• Proficient in data analysis to derive actionable safety improvements.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver timely safety support.
• Experience documenting and reporting with clear action items and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients to understand needs and tailor safety strategies.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and report findings to client leadership.
• Lead training programs and workshops for client staff.
• Develop client-specific safety metrics and improvement plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely support.
