Mach10 Solutions is seeking a Safety & Health Specialist to partner with the EHS Manager in driving a zero-accident workplace. This role provides subject-matter expertise to design and manage comprehensive health and safety initiatives across the organization.

You will lead safety audits, coordinate training, maintain records, and collaborate with an Environmental Specialist to ensure operational continuity while advancing safety culture and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline is mandatory.
• Direct experience applying OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Ensure facility aligns with federal, state, and local manufacturing safety mandates.
• Evaluate safety protocols via audits and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Maintain documentation for training, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of safety and train staff on best practices and procedures.
• Lead investigations following accidents or incidents and contribute to the safety manual.
