Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead Keen's safety philosophy and compliance strategy across design-build and construction projects. You will champion our Operation Zero culture, partner with regulatory agencies, and guide teams through proactive planning and scalable safety improvements.

The role requires extensive field presence, CSP/ASP/CST certifications, OSHA 500, and strong training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading safety programs for midsize to large construction projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules, standards, and site safety best practices.
• Experience in food safety, NFPA, and PSM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy and drive Operation Zero culture across projects.
• Oversee third-party safety partners and ensure alignment with Keen’s standards.
• Develop and review safety training programs and ensure compliance across teams.
• Monitor safety metrics and communicate dashboards with context and action items.
• Travel up to 80% to support field operations and preconstruction activities.
