Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to elevate safety culture and protect associates across operations. You will lead audits, investigations, and risk assessments while delivering training that keeps people safe and the business productive.

This role requires strong communication and data-driven decision making. As the site safety champion, you’ll partner with leadership to translate safety data into actions, influence behavior, and help write the next

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field OR a Bachelor’s degree in EHS.
• OSHA regulations knowledge, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in security/personnel matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety audits and incident investigations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver engaging safety training that promotes proactive culture.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and safety across the site.
