Responsibilities

• Lead safety program excellence with data-driven strategies, conduct daily audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Champion associate advocacy by building partnerships across levels, coaching, and transforming safety data into actionable insights.
• Support emergency response and maintain safe operations during variable conditions and shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
