Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Risk Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum five (5) years of safety management experience within construction, property management, multifamily housing, or related industries.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety programs, incident investigations, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safety initiatives across Hillpointe's apartment communities, construction projects, and facilities.
  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Provide training on PPE, safe work practices, ergonomics, ladder safety, and hazard recognition.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and safety documentation across locations.
