Job summary

Krise-Transportation-2 is seeking a Safety Coordinator to develop and implement safety programs, oversee training for CDL positions, and manage investigations and workers' compensation processes.

You will work with the Terminal Manager and staff to schedule drills, maintain OSHA logs, and ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and other agencies; strong safety mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalency.
• 1–3 years of experience in safety or transportation safety.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver License with P,S and air brake endorsements within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and training for CDL and staff.
• Conduct safety investigations and manage Workers' Compensation processes.
• Schedule and facilitate safety meetings and drills; ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT/PUC.
