Krise-Transportation-2 is seeking a Student Transportation Operations Manager to lead daily facility operations, drive safety and efficiency, and engage staff across the route network. You will collaborate with district contacts and corporate teams to optimize service and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of school transportation operations and safety standards.
• Ability to read contracts, leases and vendor agreements.
• Experience leading diverse teams and coordinating drivers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at one or more facilities.
• Coordinate recruiting, training and performance coaching.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable and month-end reports.
• Monitor budgets and ensure variance explanations and corrective actions.
• Engage with school districts, communities and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, EPA, OSHA and related regulations.
