You will coordinate investigations, manage timelines, prepare presentations, and ensure regulatory documentation aligns with retention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program/Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Provide dedicated program-management support to the CCRG Chair and Deputy Chair across multiple safety-defect and compliance investigations.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate investigation meetings; build agendas, drive discussion, capture minutes and actions, follow up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Suppliers, and field organizations to support fact-finding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day operational and administrative backbone of safety-defect investigations.
• Track timelines, action items, and deliverables.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation per retention and regulatory guidelines.
• Support submission of regulatory documentation when necessary.
• Coordinate demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain lessons-learned tracker for process-improvement and recall-prevention initiatives.
• Use project management tools to monitor investigations and flag risks.
