Ford Motor Company is seeking a dedicated program-management professional to support the Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG) within Sustainability, Environment & Safety. You will manage timelines, prepare presentations, and coordinate cross-functional investigations to ensure regulatory adherence and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program/Project Management, or a related field.
  • Provide dedicated program-management support to CCRG Chair and Deputy Chair, maintaining trackers and status reports across multiple safety investigations.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate investigation-related meetings; build agendas, drive discussion, capture minutes and actions.
  • Assist in preparing investigation documentation, presentations, and reports ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication among Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Suppliers, and field organizations to support fact-finding.
  • Support logistics for demonstrations, tests, and field surveys; maintain lessons-learned repository.
  • Partner with regional/global teams to coordinate resolution of vehicle concerns, aligning timelines and next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Track investigation timelines, action items, and deliverables to keep cases on schedule.
  • Schedule and facilitate investigation-related meetings and agendas.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and investigation documentation per retention guidelines.
  • Support submission of regulatory documentation when needed.
  • Coordinate demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain lessons-learned tracker to feed process-improvement insights.
  • Use program-management tools to monitor multiple investigations and flag risks.
