Job summary

Ford is seeking a detail-oriented program-management specialist to support the Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG). You will coordinate the daily operations of safety-defect investigations, track timelines, and facilitate cross-functional meetings while ensuring regulatory-compliant documentation.

You will maintain trackers and dashboards, compile minutes, and help drive process improvements, contributing to recall-prevention efforts and stakeholder collaboration across Product Development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program/Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Provide dedicated program-management support to CCRG Chair and Deputy Chair, maintaining trackers, dashboards, and status reports across multiple investigations.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate investigation-related meetings—building agendas, driving discussion, capturing minutes and action items, and following up with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing investigation documentation, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational and administrative backbone of safety-defect investigations.
• Track investigation timelines, action items, and deliverables to keep cases on schedule.
• Schedule and facilitate investigation-related meetings and agendas.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and investigation documentation per retention guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to support fact-finding for active investigations.
• Support logistcs for demonstrations, tests, and field surveys.
• Maintain lessons-learned repository and feed insights into improvement initiatives.
