Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a dedicated program-management professional to support the Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG). You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of safety-defect investigations, maintain trackers and schedules, and ensure compliance with retention and regulatory requirements.

You will facilitate cross-functional meetings, prepare presentations, and partner with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to drive proactive risk management and recall-prevention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business Administration, PM or related field.
• Provide dedicated program-management support to CCRG Chair and Deputy Chair across multiple investigations.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate investigation-related meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing investigation documentation, presentations and reports with compliant retention.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Suppliers and field orgs.
• Coordinate logistics for demonstrations, tests, and field surveys; maintain lessons-learned repository.

In this position

Project management and product safety investigations support for Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG).

What You’ll Do

This position supports the Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG) team by coordinating the day-to-day operational and administrative backbone of safety-defect and compliance investigations. The role involves:

• Tracking investigation timelines, action items, and deliverables to keep cases on schedule.
• Scheduling, coordinating agendas for, and facilitating investigation-related meetings.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and investigation documentation in accordance with document-retention guidelines.
• Supporting submission of regulatory documentation when necessary.
• Coordinating logistics for special vehicle and component demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintaining a lessons-learned tracker to help feed insights back into process-improvement and recall-prevention initiatives.
• Applying program-management tools (project plans, trackers, dashboards, RAID logs) to monitor multiple concurrent investigations and flag risks proactively.

You’ll have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program/Project Management, or a related field is prefered.
• Provide dedicated program-management support to the CCRG Chair and Deputy Chair, maintaining trackers, dashboards, and status reports across multiple concurrent safety-defect and compliance investigations.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate investigation-related meetings—building agendas, driving discussion, capturing minutes and action items, and following up with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing investigation documentation, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with document-retention and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and information-gathering among Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Suppliers, and field organizations to support fact-finding for active investigations.
• Support logistics and coordination for special vehicle and component demonstrations, special tests, and field surveys.
• Maintain and update the team's lessons-learned repository.
• Partner with regional and global teams to help coordinate resolution of worldwide vehicle concerns, ensuring alignment on timelines and next steps.

Even better, you may have

• PMP, CAPM, or similar program/project management certification.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional meetings or facilitating task forces in an engineering, automotive, or regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, or compliance investigation processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300. This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500. This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value. Internal applicants: moving into this role may result in an adjustment to your current compensation based on the posted pay range for this role, taking into consideration your qualifications and other relevant factors.
