Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in engineering, quality, or project management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional organizations and global teams.
• Effective oral communication and strong technical writing skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Experience in Design & Release and/or Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support product safety investigations process within PIR or CCRG.
• Evaluate issues for potential safety defects or regulatory non-compliance.
• Lead collaboration with Ford organizations including PD, Customer Service, and others.
• Develop broad range of contacts across the company to support root cause ownership.
• Coordinate tests, field surveys, and demonstrations to assess facts.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership discussions.
• Create and maintain investigation documentation and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports across investigations.
