Job summary

Thinklance LLP in Miami is seeking a safety-focused professional to support the on-site safety manager in promoting Walsh Safety Programs across company jobsites. You will participate in field safety walks and assist with first-day safety orientations for new employees, helping instill safety as a core value on every project.

You will also complete accident and incident reports, oversee the safety and health of personnel on jobsites, and coordinate safety programs with subcontractors to ensure
