Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking a safety program support role to assist the on-site safety team in promoting safety initiatives and managing field operations. You will participate in safety walks, help with new employee orientations, and ensure incidents are properly reported.

The position requires readiness to relocate if needed and adherence to a 12-week work schedule, with potential living allowances for relocation assistance. On-site work with opportunities for professional safety training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to relocate; eligible for living allowance if relocating.
• 12-week work schedule required.
• Relocation housing allowance may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the on-site safety manager to promote Walsh Safety Programs.
• Participate in field safety walks and inspections.
• Assist with first day safety orientations for new employees.
• Complete accident and incident reports promptly and accurately.
• Oversee safety and health of personnel on company jobsites.
• Coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors and ensure policies are understood.
