Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current student studying Safety, EHS, or a similar major.

Responsabilidades

• Support Crew Foreman/General Foremen in the development of Job Hazard Analyses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs through daily field walks.
• Regulatory compliance and audit oversight.
• Provide regular feedback to project leadership on safety improvements and recognition.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for employees exhibiting unsafe behaviors.
• Support weekly toolbox safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
