This 10–12 week internship exposes you to CEI's core markets: Commercial, Data Center, and Energy & Renewables, with hands-on safety experience on real projects. You'll assist field teams, participate in hazard analysis, regulatory compliance, and safety meetings while learning from journeymen, foremen, and safety professionals in a collaborative environment across multiple sites in

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current student studying Safety, EHS, or a similar major.
• Licensure/Certifications: None required.
• Experience: 0 years of experience required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Crew Foreman/General Foremen in the development of Job Hazard Analyses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs through daily field walks.
• Regulatory compliance and audit oversight.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for unsafe behaviors and provide recognition for safe behaviors.
• Support Project Leadership in the execution of weekly toolbox safety meetings.
• Support Project Leadership in the completion of incident investigations.
