Seminole Masonry is seeking an experienced Precast Wall Foreman to lead field crews responsible for precast wall installation and erection on active jobsites in Florida. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with crane operators, and strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

You will plan daily work, assign tasks, supervise crew performance, ensure proper rigging and lifting, and complete daily reports while promoting teamwork and quality on every project.

Qualificações

• Experience leading precast wall installation crews.
• Ability to read construction drawings and erection drawings.
• Knowledge of rigging practices and safe lifting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field crews performing precast wall installation and erection.
• Coordinate daily work with project schedules and site conditions.
• Inspect installed panels for alignment and safety, document issues.
• Oversee rigging, hoisting, and use of fall protection.
