You will coordinate materials, read blueprints, monitor progress, and maintain daily records using digital tools. This full-time on-site position values leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction of concrete pavements.
• Technical skills in concrete paving and compaction operations.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and plans and calculate job site materials and trucking to maintain budget and job efficiency.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English. Valid US driver's license; pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• In compliance with federal law, identity and work eligibility verification will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete crew on site with safety, training, layout and compaction.
• Monitor progress and ensure proper use of workers and equipment.
• Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and hauling vendors.
• Verify measurements, slope and thickness per contracts.
• Communicate with customers, the public and external sources professionally.
• Relay information from work orders to the crew.
• Operate concrete equipment to align, move, or adjust machinery.
• Order job materials and prepare daily time cards/field diaries using an iPad.
