Job summary

Lakelands Concrete Products is seeking a Production Foreman to lead a precast production crew. You will direct daily activities, assign tasks, monitor safety and quality, and report progress to management.

You will develop your team, provide coaching, address performance issues, and work closely with Plant Manager, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Scheduling to keep production on schedule and within standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Previous Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead experience
• Production scheduling experience
• Experience training and developing employees
• Ability to read drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• Effective communication with staff and management

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the daily activities of assigned production employees.
• Communicate production priorities, safety expectations, quality requirements, and staffing assignments.
• Assign employees to tasks based on skills, equipment, and development opportunities.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Address performance and behavioral issues promptly and professionally.
• Build teamwork and trust within the crew and ensure cross-training opportunities.
