Job summary

Quality Precast Solutions, LLC in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Concrete Production Leadman to supervise a precast production crew in indoor year-round operations, ensuring high-quality concrete products and efficient daily plant performance.

You will read shop drawings, verify form setups, enforce safety (OSHA) and PPE, mentor staff, and coordinate crane/forklift operations while maintaining a clean, efficient facility. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in concrete manufacturing or steel reinforcing.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, technical data, and use a tape measure.
• Strong math skills for verifying dimensions and efficiency metrics.
• Experience leading a small team in a physical work environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication.
• Willingness to work overtime as required (average 10 hours weekly).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily plant operations by assigning work and balancing crew labor.
• Verify form setups, reinforcement placement, and dimensions against shop drawings before pours.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and PPE usage on the production floor.
• Oversee concrete placement, consolidation, finishing, and curing with QC staff.
• Mentor, train, and onboard team members to foster a productive shop environment.
• Coordinate checks and safe operation of cranes and forklifts.
• Maintain an organized, clean facility for maximum efficiency and safety.
