Job summary

Central Civil Construction is seeking an experienced Earthwork Foreman to lead field operations on significant South Florida heavy civil projects. You will manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, schedules, safety, and quality from earthwork through final completion.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in earthwork, MOT, grading, and paving, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive productivity while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

4+ years in heavy civil construction.
Minimum 2 years managing field crews on highway/roadway projects.
Strong background in earthwork, MOT, grading, and paving.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day earthwork and site construction operations on heavy civil projects.
Plan, organize, supervise field activities from grading to final completion.
Manage labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and subcontractors for productivity.
Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and compliance with specs and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth execution.
Lead subcontractor coordination meetings on scheduling, safety, quality, and production.
Review plans and contracts to ensure accurate field execution.
Maintain daily reports and production documentation.
