Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety management, environmental science, traffic safety, or related field.
• Alternatively, 4 years’ experience in traffic safety within supply chain or retail.
• 2 years’ experience in continuous improvement methodologies in safety or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support Walmart transportation offices in fleet safety operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Provide driver training and coaching to improve performance and safety.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
