Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll coordinate tasks, monitor workflow, and enforce health and safety regulations while adapting to real-time issues. Must be willing to work any shift.

The role emphasizes training, team development, and collaboration with other departments to optimize processes and cost savings, with a focus on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience leading 20+ employees preferred.
• Strong communication, independent decision making, basic computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and foster a positive work environment to boost quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
