Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production, ensuring safety, quality, service, waste reduction and productivity. You will guide the team, manage systems, equipment, people and materials in line with policies and customer requirements.

You will champion continuous improvement, monitor production schedules, and coordinate with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve issues and maintain high performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related fields.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and ability to lead teams.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety leader and uphold safety policies with the EHS Manager.
• Monitor colleague practices for safety and quality compliance.
• Investigate near misses, property damage, or injuries and recommend improvements.
• Support plant safety programs through audits, GEMBAs and incident investigations.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals and manage schedules.
