Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production, driving safety, quality, service and productivity while upholding our values. You will provide strong leadership to the team and ensure operations align with customer requirements.

You will supervise production employees, manage timecards and schedules, collaborate with Maintenance and Process Engineering, and push continuous improvement to sustain gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related experience preferred OR equivalent combination totaling 5+ years.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is expected.
• Computer proficiency including SAP and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Oversee daily production and ensure goals are met.
• Manage timecards and time-off requests for payroll accuracy.
• Champion continuous improvement and sustain gained benefits from initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Process Engineering and others to resolve issues.
• Interpret and enforce disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
