Job summary

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams; prior chemical operations and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of chemical operations experience.
• Forklift and hand truck certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Knowledge of hazardous, chemical, and biologic materials handling and storage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Experience in industrial, pharma, chemical, or utility plant operations is a plus.
• Broad technical knowledge of processes and site systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor materials management systems and equipment with supervision as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation for audits and compliance.
• Contribute to training of new hires and operators.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Perform regular plant rounds and record observations for corrective actions.
• Support safety and compliance by following SOPs and reporting hazards.
